Graduate Degree Programs

This year, UCF approved two new doctoral programs:

• Doctor of Philosophy in Modeling and Simulation, an interdisciplinary program with Psychology, Industrial Engineering and Management Systems, and the Institute for Simulation and Training, and only the second program of its kind in the nation
• A track in Exercise Physiology in the Ph.D. in Education Program

Five new master's programs are now available:

• Master of Science in Modeling and Simulation
• Master of Science in Management Information Systems
• Master of Sport Business Management
• Master of Education and Master of Arts in Early Childhood Education
• Master of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management

Five new master's tracks were created in the following programs:

• Miniature Engineering Systems in MSME, Mechanical Engineering
• Career Enhancement track and Teaching Physical Education in M.A. in Physical Education
• Environmental Politics in M.A. in Political Science
• Musical Theatre in MFA in Theatre
• Two new accelerated program tracks were added in Economics.

Doctoral Fellowships

UCF is proud to announce its most prestigious fellowship program—Trustees Doctoral Fellowships. Available for the 2003-2004 academic year, the Trustees Doctoral Fellowships will provide an $18,000 fellowship and full tuition in the first and second years to support the most qualified applicants to UCF.
