Gerontology highlights the demand for specialized workers to engage with the unique needs of the elderly population. Students will engage in a multi-disciplinary analysis of aging, viewing it from a sociological, psychological, economic, and wellness prospective. This program is valuable for employees in the health professions, but also those that may work with policy and programs related to serving this growing population.
