Project Management

Project Management provides students the skills to more efficiently direct operations by understanding the human resource, communication, and psychological factors related to leading. By combining relevant skill-based courses in writing and budgeting with more applied courses in motivation and ethical leadership, graduates are able to use their learning in a variety of industries.
